Project Grow: UMMA Center Expansion 2009
INVEST IN YOUR COMMUNITY: GIVE TO UMMA
The UMMA Center is expanding and needs your support. We have outgrown our home and are ready to move into a larger space customized to meet our communities increasing needs. The UMMA Center will soon be moving to 221 Washington St. (just a few blocks north of our current location), allowing us to continue capitalizing on a great downtown location that is easily accessible for our clients, while expanding into a more accommodating setting.
Our new space will include:
- A reception/waiting area equipped with a computer for quick use
- One full size class room
- One fully equipped computer training center
- A customized food pantry
- A meeting room and office area for UMMA Center’s staff and volunteers.
With our new space the UMMA center will have the ability to offer at least two classes simultaneously, meaning; we will be able to double if not triple the number of clients we serve.
The UMMA Center has already raised $36,750 is seeking your generous donation for the remaining total of $21,900 needed for the Project Grow: UMMA Center Expansion 2009.
